Light, citrusy and refreshing, this easy clementine sorbet is perfect for a hot summer day! Not only is this sorbet recipe super simple to make, but it only requires 4 total ingredients to whip up a delicious dessert that is actually good for you. What's even better is that this sorbet is naturally sweetened; no refined sugars required!
3cupsfrozen clementine segmentsabout 10 large clementines
1/4cupcanned coconut milksee notes
2tbsphoney
1 tbspvanilla extract
optional dark chocolate for garnish
Instructions
To a food processor, add the frozen clementine segments, coconut milk (or milk of choice), honey and vanilla extract. Blend all the ingredients together for a few minutes, scraping down the sides as needed, until the sorbet is smooth.
Immediately scoop the sorbet into bowls, garnish with dark chocolate if desired and enjoy.
Notes
*This sorbet must be enjoyed immediately and is not able to be saved in the freezer for later. It will harden and be very difficult to eat.**If you wish, you can use your favorite plant-based or dairy milk. I highly recommend using a milk that is higher in fat for the creamiest results. I have had great success with full-fat half and half.
